Terms and Conditions

Please read the Terms and Conditions below carefully before processing the booking with our Vicsapa Train 
 
1. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation Policy: Customers will be charged cancellation fees as follows:
- 0% if canceled 20 days before departure.
- 30% if canceled between 15 and 19 days.
- 50% if canceled between 10 and 15 days.
- 100% if canceled 10 days before departure.
2. Travel Documents:
Travel documents will be compiled after the deposit has been received and are sent two or three weeks prior to departure.
These documents will be sent via email and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.
 
3. Responsibility:
While every effort is made to ensure that suppliers maintain high standards, the booking of services not directly controlled by Vicsapa Train Vietnam may result in problems.
Vicsapa Train Vietnam and affiliated companies, servants, or agents are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to events beyond their control.
 
4. Validity:
The information provided is valid at the time of publication but is subject to change without prior notice.
Any changes will be posted on the website immediately.
If the Terms and Conditions change after the deposit is paid, the Terms and Conditions under which the deposit was paid shall apply
 

SERVICE PRICE

In the territory of Vietnam, the service price shall be calculated and paid in Vietnam currency (VND). In the case of booking and payment outside Vietnam, the service price can be calculated and paid in United State Dollar (USD).

PAYMENT

Time of payment
For online booking: a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total service price is required upon your confirmation of booking. The balance is to be paid before the departure of your tour 3 days
 

Method of payment

The deposit and the balance of the total service price can be paid by the following methods:
To pay directly at our office at 3th Floor, #324, 142 Le Duan Street, Kham Thien, Dong Da , Ha Noi or our Vicsapa Train (Vic Vip room at the lobby of Hanoi station). You can pay by cash in Vietnam currency (VND) or by credit cards (such as Visa card, Master card…). Payment by Visa card/Master card shall be subjected to an additional bank fee at 3.5%
